Bruno Oliveira (trainee)

Bachelor’s degree candidate at the University of São Paulo Law School (FDUSP) and license en Droit candidate at the Université Jean-Monnet-Saint-Etienne through the universities’ dual degree program. Former student at the Brazilian Society of Public Law undergraduate program, Escola de Formação Pública, and former São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) undergraduate research grant recipient. Cofounded and coordinates FDUSP’s Right to Education Observatory. Former member of the editorial board of Revista Acadêmica Arcadas and Revista Acadêmica São Francisco, FDUSP’s student-run law reviews. He also volunteered at the Departamento Jurídico XI de Agosto, FDUSP’s legal clinic, and at the Cursinho Popular Arcadas, a free college prep program. He also acted as a Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant and was a student at the Constitutional Law Advanced Seminar. Oliveira has experience with health law, the judicial review of public policy, constitutional case law and empirical legal research.
