Natasha has worked on the legal structuring of concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs), with a focus on contractual modeling, risk allocation, regulatory compliance and contract management, including economic and financial rebalancing processes. She has extensive experience in projects financed or supported by development banks and structured through Procedures for the Expression of Interest (PMIs), acting in close coordination with technical, economic and environmental teams. Natasha has advised both public authorities and national and foreign private companies, including acting as a legal secondment, maintaining continuous interaction with granting authorities and regulatory agencies.
